Waitlist

Sheffield of Lincoln Park offers quality rental housing at affordable rates. Residents have income and rent restrictions and have to meet certain income qualifications based upon the unit and household size. If your income meets the standard listed below, pick up an application at the management office or call to have an application sent to you.

Sheffield of Lincoln Park will use a waitlist for filling any vacancies or future phases of affordable rental housing. Applicants will be added to the waitlist in the order they were received.
