To begin, go to the following website: https://applyonline.thecha.org

On the Welcome to CHA’s Waitlist Portal page, select your identification option.
Then fill in date of birth, email address, and select continue.
Step 3
Fill in all your information and answer every application question to the best of your knowledge.
Step 4
Skip to the next page on the public housing property search to continue to the Project Based Vouchers program.
Step 5
This is where you will enter in the property name search of the property. Click Search when the property name is filled in full.
Step 6
Tick the box to the left, and then next page where you will re-enter the application information once more, then e-sign and then finally submit the formal application to join the CHA PBV waitlist.
Step 7
Done!
